Fees

This is a list of fees that the tenant is responsible for:

Admin fees:
£0 we do not charge any admin fees.

Deposit:
Refer to property particulars.

Reference fees:
£0 we do not charge any referencing fees.

Replacement for lost or additional keys/entry/security devices:
There will be a charge for the key/device itself along with a charge of £15 per hour.

Contract changes:
A charge of £50 in relation to contract name changes subject to prior landlord approval.
