Having issues with your property?
It’s important that you use our online portal to log any issues you might have that involve maintenance and repairs, because we can only handle requests once they are logged in via this system.
Logging maintenance requests via our system means that repairs and issues are likely to be dealt with more quickly than those that are reported by telephone or by email. All emergencies should also be reported on the system too.
Please note when tenants move in and out in a short space of time some works may be required.
As per your contract –
clause 10.19 Upon commencement of the tenancy agreement/moving into your property, you may find the property needing additional work(s)/cleaning and/or some small damages which the previous tenant(s) may have caused. We will endeavour to rectify these issues within 4 weeks if not sooner upon written notification.
